Temporary rental without tenancy rights and tenant protection

Entering into an indefinite-term lease is no longer mandatory. A fixed-term lease agreement automatically expires at the agreed-upon end date. The landlord must inform the tenant in writing about the end of the lease within a timeframe of three to one month before the agreed-upon end date.

The tenant agrees to the temporary lease and is obligated to vacate the property at the end of the agreed-upon rental period.
